What are my Consignor Options regarding printing barcode labels to stick onto my tags?

Barcode Label size: adhesive address labels size 1 inch X 2 5/8 inches (30 up). Please note: all labels printed at home MUST be printed in color.

We are HIGHLY encouraging pre-labeling at this time. This allows for a faster check-in process for all.

(1) you can print your labels IN COLOR & label your tagged items at home prior to check-in

(2) you can sign up for one of our label pick-up days to get your labels ahead to label at home (once dates have been set, go to the Consign Tab & select Consignor Links from the menu to view sign-ups)

(3) you can sign up to have your barcode labels mailed to you. A $4 fee applies & fee will be taken from your consignor check. (once dates have been set, go to the Consign Tab & select Consignor Links from the menu to view sign-ups)

NOTE: We can still print labels for you at traditional check-in/drop-off of items, but pre-labeling is highly recommended to minimize the time in the store at check-in.

Can I bring a guest with me to the Pre-Sale?

We are allowing consignors to bring any guest with them (your child DOES count as your 1 guest). You also have the option to purchase an earlier shopping ticket. However, your consignor pass is FREE. Our consignors have worked hard to earn this special shopping privilege and we are happy to offer this perk.

Can I bring children to the Pre-Sale?

We love children (we are moms, too), but Pre-Sale is such a busy shopping night leaving little space to maneuver strollers with babies. We recommend that you do not bring your children to the Pre-Sale. We recommend you bring a tape measure and their measurements and enjoy a mom's or parent night out. Children are welcome to attend on one of the Public shopping days. Note: If you do bring your child, they count as your one guest.

How should I price my items?

We suggest you set the price at 25-30 percent of the retail value. Baby equipment, furniture and large indoor/outdoor toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We have an abundance of 0-6 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Maternity and Junior clothing are not shopped as heavily, so price these items competitively, also.

Can I be a consignor in several Rhea Lana's events?

Yes, but you will need to enter your items online in separate batches and under separate Consignor Numbers. Register for each sale separately.

Can I use wire hangers?

No wire hangers are allowed. Please use children's plastic hangers for sizes 10 and below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 12 and above.

How do I secure small pieces that belong with toys or equipment?

Place them in a Ziploc bag and then seal the Ziploc with clear packing tape. This is important! IN permanent marker, include on the ziploc: consignor number, price, and item description. (If that bag becomes separated, we want to be able to match it back to the appropriate item & consignor!)

When I sell items in a Ziploc bag, how do I attach the price tag?

First, be sure to affix the barcode label to the string tag; do not stick it directly onto the item or the bag. Then attach the string tag to the item and tag inside the bag. Make sure the tag is visible.

How do I carry my clothes while I am shopping?

We suggest you bring a laundry basket with your name on it. Large bags will need to be checked at the door.

What if my item is not worth your minimum price guideline of $3.00?

If it meets our "excellent quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a Ziploc bag and put one price for the entire group.

Should I iron my clothes?

It is recommended to iron clothes as part of your prep process. Wrinkled clothing does not sell as well & may not be accepted during check-in. Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell & help you earn some money!

Can I enter additional batches?

Yes, you may enter additional batches. However, please note that there is a 300 item limit per consignor number. If you have more than 300 items, you will need to get another consignor number. Please bring your best items. There is a **$10.00** participation fee per consignor number. You may register for as many consignor numbers as you need to accommodate your item count.
