HANGERS – in order to protect your clothing items we only accept plastic hangers. Find plastic hangers at Wal-Mart, Target, Dollar Stores. Retail plastic hangers are acceptable too.
STRING TAGS – Avery White Marking Tags Strung (size 1.75 x 1.093 inches) are required on each item to affix our barcode labels to. You can find these at Wal-Mart, office supply stores, the Rhea Lana Store or large quantities may be purchased from Amazon.
You’ll also need re-sealable bags (for shoes, small toys, etc…), masking tape, scotch tape, sharpie, and safety pins. For large quantities of quality safety pins we recommend ordering from Cleaners Supply .
If you would like to print your barcodes at home you’ll need adhesive address labels size 1” X 2 5/8” (30 up). We recommend ordering from Amazon Here. Please note: all labels printed at home MUST be printed in color.
Upscale resale - the better they look, the better they sell! We encourage you to bring your best items so that you sell a high percentage of your merchandise! Please take time to (1) prep, wash and iron your clothes if necessary and (2) Check for stains, broken zippers, torn hemlines, missing buttons, etc. At consignor check-in, our team will be double checking your items and can only accept items in excellent condition. Use children's plastic hangers for sizes 10 and below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 12 and above. You may also use wire coated hangers as long as they are 'size appropriate.' NO METAL HANGERS, PLEASE! Plastic and wire-coated hangers can be purchased at discount stores. This makes shopping more pleasant for everyone!
We are receiving only clothing items at this sale for the current season for which this sale is taking place, including Childrens, Juniors, and Maternity. Please bring your best like-new, seasonally appropriate clothing. We are also accepting costumes (for dress-up or Mardi Gras!), Mardi Gras themed items, Saints, Valentine's Day & other speciality holiday outfits.
Please group items together so that they will equal a value of at least $3.00. They may be pinned together on a hanger.
All pants must be pinned to a hanger, not folded over, as they tend to end up on the floor.
Safety pin all sets and accessories securely together. With pants hung on the back of the shirt at the waist. Both pieces need to be easily seen without unpinning them.
Each item must be in current style and excellent condition.
Please only bring your like-new shoes! Shoes can be difficult to tag. First, write your consignor number and price on masking tape and place it on the bottom of each shoe. Then safety pin the tag to a shoe lace or through the shoe eyelet. We also highly recommend using zip ties to tie the shoes together. Put the shoes and tag inside a ziploc bag. It also helps to include your consignor number, shoes size, and price on the outside of the ziploc. (you can write directly on the bag with a permanent marker.)
We are no longer accepting sheets of any size or bedding of any size.
Hang and pin blankets over hangers so that shoppers can see them. If they are small receiving blankets, group 2 or 3 together in a ziplock bag and seal with clear plastic tape. Safety pin or tape the string portion of the tag to ziplock bag.
Bottles, bibs, rattles, socks, bows, etc., group together appropriately in ziplock bags. Seal with clear packing tape. Pin tag to ziplock bag. It also helps to write your consignor number and info on the ziplock with a permanent marker in case the tag comes off during the sale. You can also use masking tape adhered to the bag in order to write your consignor code, price etc.

Must be clean and in working order (batteries included.) Small parts must be bagged and attached to the main part very securely via ziptie. We highly recommend zip ties over tape for securing a bag of parts to a toy. If parts get separated, it will not sell. Games should be taped closed. Puzzles, books, videos and small toys should be grouped accordingly and put in Ziplock bags. Secure with clear packing tape and pin tag to the Ziplock bag. It is also good to write your consignor number and info on the Ziplock bag with a permanent marker in case the tag comes off. Puzzles should be wrapped securely in clear plastic wrap to keep the pieces intact. TOYS NOT PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
Plush: We will ONLY accept licensed (ie Disney, Build-a-Bear brand) stuffed animals in like new condition & those that are animated/battery operated.
Large toys, items and Furniture are in high demand! When tagging, attach a piece of masking tape to the item & write your consignor code & price. This will enable us to sell your item even if the tag comes off! We sell 95 percent of Toys, Furniture and Baby Equipment!
